20 Annual report
(1)
The Commissioner must, on or before 31 October in each year, prepare and forward to the Minister a report on the administration of this Act for the year ending on the previous 30 June.
(2)
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative
Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
(3)
A report under subsection (1) may be included in a report prepared by the Commissioner for the Residential Tenancies Act
1999 and tabled in the Legislative Assembly under that Act.
