33 Condition reports generally
A condition report is a report about agreement property to be occupied under a caravan park agreement that is made:
entirely in writing and otherwise in the manner and including the information required under this Act; or
partly in writing and partly by using images; or
entirely by using images.
The Regulations may provide for matters relevant to the making of a condition report partly or entirely by using images.
The Regulations may modify specified provisions of this Act in their application to condition reports made partly or entirely by using images.
An image used in making a condition report may be recorded in a photograph, on video or film or by any other mechanical, electronic or similar method of making a visual record.
