15 Vice-Chancellor
(1)
The Council must appoint a Vice-Chancellor.
(2) The Vice-Chancellor is to be appointed on terms and conditions determined by the Council.
(3)
The Vice-Chancellor is:
(a)
the chief executive officer of the University; and
(b)
responsible to the Council for the management of the University.
(4)
The Vice-Chancellor has the powers and functions:
(a)
as prescribed by the By-laws; and
(b)
as determined by the Council.
