40 Preventing or obstructing complaint
A person commits an offence if, as a result of the person's conduct, another person:
(a)
is prevented from making a complaint; or
(b)
is obstructed in making a complaint.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
