421 Copy of order to be attached to rules
(1)
A co-operative must ensure a copy of an order of the Supreme
Court approving a compromise or arrangement is attached to each copy of the rules of the co-operative issued after the order is made.
Maximum penalty: $2 000.
(2)
The Supreme Court may, by order, exempt a co-operative from compliance with this section or decide the period during which the co-operative must comply.
