460 Ceasing to be authorised to carry on business in this jurisdiction
A participating co-operative ceases to be authorised to carry on business in this jurisdiction if:
(a)
it is deregistered or otherwise ceases to exist as a co‑operative under the laws of the place in which it is registered, incorporated or formed; or
(b)
its authorisation to carry on business in this jurisdiction is withdrawn under section 461.
