6 Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction
(1) Even though the Interpretation Act 1978 applies to the local application provisions of this Act, it does not apply to the Co-operatives National Law (NT) or the Co-operatives National Regulations (NT) or to other instruments made under that Law other than:
as provided in section 7; or
as prescribed by regulation under section 20 for this subsection.
(2) An Act prescribed by regulation under section 20 does not apply to the Co‑operatives National Law (NT) or the Co-operatives National Regulations (NT) or to other instruments made under that Law.
