609 Extension or shortening of time
(1)
The Registrar may grant an extension of, or may shorten, a time for doing anything required to be done by a co-operative or participating co-operative by this Law or by a co-operative by the rules of the co-operative on the terms (if any) the Registrar decides.
(2)
The Registrar may grant an extension of time even if the time for doing the thing has ended.
