614 Publication and commencement of National Regulations
(1)
The National Regulations are to be published on the NSW legislation website.
(2)
A National Regulation commences on the day or days specified in, or ascertained in accordance with, the regulation for its commencement (being not earlier than the date it is so published), but this subsection does not prevent a regulation taking effect retrospectively where permitted under this Law.
