3 Participating jurisdictions
For section 5 of the Act, definition participating jurisdiction, paragraph (b), each of the following is declared to be a participating jurisdiction:
(a)
the Australian Capital Territory;
(b)
New South Wales;
(c)
Queensland;
(d)
South Australia;
(e)
Tasmania;
(f)
Victoria;
(g)
Western Australia.
