29 Definition
In this Division Commonwealth administrative laws means:
(a)
the following Acts:
(i)
the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (Cth);
(ii) the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cth);
(iii)
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth);
(iv)
the Ombudsman Act 1976 (Cth);
(v)
the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth); and
(b)
the regulations in force under those Acts.
