189 Delegation – Commissioner
(1)
The Commissioner may, in writing, delegate to a person any of the Commissioner's powers or functions under this Act.
(2)
However, the Commissioner may delegate a power or function only to a person the Commissioner is satisfied has the appropriate qualifications or experience to exercise the power or perform the function.
