31 Scrutineers – appointment
(1)
A candidate may appoint a scrutineer to represent the candidate during the polling or scrutiny (or both) for the election.
(2)
The appointment must be made by notice given by the candidate in the approved form to the officer in charge of the polling place or scrutiny centre.
