33 Procedure for voting
(1)
A person may cast a vote at the election in accordance with
Divisions 2 to 6.
(2)
Except as otherwise provided in this Act, a person may cast a vote on the polling day at any polling place, whether or not the polling place is in the person's enrolled division.
(3)
Only an ordinary vote or a declaration vote (other than a postal vote or a vote cast before the polling day) may be cast at a mobile polling place.
