42 Register of postal voters
(1)
For this Subdivision, the Commission must keep a register of postal voters for each division.
(2)
The register must contain the name of each elector who is registered as a general postal voter under the Commonwealth Act.
(3)
The register may also contain other particulars the Commission considers appropriate.
(4)
A registered postal voter is a person whose name is on the register kept under subsection (1).
