65 Failure to visit mobile polling place
The result of the election is not invalidated merely because an authorised officer did not visit:
(a)
a mobile polling place; or
(b)
a mobile polling place on the dates or during the hours:
(i)
specified in a declaration under section 61; or
(ii)
as substituted or changed under section 62.
