74 How scrutiny carried out
(1)
The result of the election for a division must be determined by scrutiny carried out in accordance with this Part (including the
Schedule) if polling for the election is held for the division.
(2)
Proceedings at the scrutiny must be open to the inspection of scrutineers and other persons approved by the officer in charge of a scrutiny centre.
(3)
The officer in charge of a scrutiny centre may from time to time adjourn the scrutiny at the centre.
