92 Receipt of postal voting papers
On receipt of postal voting papers for a division, the Commission must:
(a)
note the day and time of receipt on the envelope bearing the elector's postal vote certificate and containing the declaration ballot paper for the division; and
(b)
give the postal voting papers to an authorised officer for the
division.
