Director to keep register of licences

Current

(1) The Director is to keep, in an approved form, a register of the following information in relation to each licence granted:

(a)

the type of licence;

(b) the name (including, if relevant, the business name) or names of the licensee;

(c)

the location of business premises to which the licence applies;

(d)

the expiry date;

(e)

(2) The Director is to allow any person to inspect the register on payment of the prescribed fee, if any.
