16.3 Appeal
(1)
A person affected by a direction, decision or order of an
Associate Judge or Registrar may appeal to the Court of Appeal under
Order 85 of the Supreme Court Rules 1987.
(2)
Order 85 of the Supreme Court Rules 1987 applies, with any necessary adaptations, in relation to an appeal under this rule as if it were an appeal in relation to a judgment given or order made by an Associate Judge or the Registrar under Chapter 1 of the Supreme
Court Rules 1987.
