103 Definitions
In this Division:
monitored means listened to in real time or recorded.
priority/legal call means a telephone call made:
(a)
by a prisoner to a priority visitor or the prisoner's legal practitioner; or
(b)
to a prisoner by a priority visitor or the prisoner's legal practitioner.
