115 Liability of Territory to maintain prisoner on leave
(1)
The Territory is not liable to maintain a prisoner who is absent from a custodial correctional facility as authorised by an administrative home detention permit.
(2)
If a prisoner is absent as authorised by any other leave permit, the Territory's liability to maintain the prisoner is the same as it would be if the prisoner were at a custodial correctional facility, unless stated otherwise in the leave permit.
