210 Custodial correctional facilities
(1)
On the commencement, each place, premises or institution that was a prison under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement becomes a correctional centre under section 12.
(2)
On the commencement, each place, premises or institution that was a police prison under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement becomes a police custody centre under section 13.
