22 General Managers of police custody centres and court custody centres
(1)
While a police station is a police custody centre, the police officer or correctional officer in charge of the centre is the
General Manager of the police custody centre.
(2)
While an area of a courthouse is a court custody centre, the police officer or correctional officer in charge of the centre is the
General Manager of the court custody centre.
(3)
Section 21(2) and (3) apply in relation to the General Manager of a police custody centre or a court custody centre as if it were a correctional centre.
