53 Identity confirmation
(1)
A prisoner must, when directed by the General Manager to do so:
(a)
provide evidence of the prisoner's identity; or
(b)
submit to the use of an approved identification system.
(2) If the prisoner does not comply with a direction under subsection (1)(b), a correctional officer may use the force that is reasonably necessary to use the system to identify the prisoner.
