88 Health care generally to be provided by NT Regional Health Services
(1) If practicable, health care for a prisoner is to be provided through NT Regional Health Services.
(2) The CEO Health must ensure that health care provided through NT Regional Health Services for a prisoner is comparable to the health care that is provided through NT Regional Health Services to persons in the general community.
(3) A prisoner may, with the agreement of the Commissioner, obtain health care from outside NT Regional Health Services at the prisoner's own cost.
