245 Leaving explosive substance at a place
A person is guilty of an offence if:
(a)
the person leaves an explosive substance at a place; and
(b) there is a substantial risk that the explosive substance would cause damage to property belonging to another person.
Fault elements:
The person:
(a)
intentionally leaves an explosive substance at a place; and
(b)
is reckless as to the risk.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
