432 Conditional remission of sentence by Administrator
(1)
In any case where the prerogative of mercy is extended to an offender, it may be extended upon condition of the offender entering into a recognizance conditioned as in the case of offenders conditionally released by a court of trial.
(2)
The offender is thereupon liable to the same obligations and is liable to be dealt with in all respects in the same manner as a person conditionally released by a court of trial.
