43AGA Dishonesty
(1)
Dishonesty, in relation to conduct, means dishonest according to the standards of ordinary people.
(2)
Absolute liability applies to the physical element of conduct in subsection (1).
(3)
In a prosecution for an offence to which this Part applies, dishonesty is a matter for the trier of fact.
