43BJA References in Acts to offences
(1)
A reference in an Act to an offence against an Act (including this Code) includes a reference to an offence against section 43BF,
43BI or 43BJ that relates to such an offence.
(2)
A reference in an Act (including this Code) to a particular offence includes a reference to an offence against section 43BF, 43BI or 43BJ that relates to that offence.
(3)
Subsection (1) or (2) does not apply if an Act is expressly or impliedly to the contrary effect.
Note for section 43BJA
Sections 43BG, 43BGA and
43BH operate as extensions of principal offences and accordingly are not mentioned in this section.
