43U Extension of period for holding special hearing
(1)
The Court may, on application or on its own initiative, extend, by not more than 3 months, the period within which a special hearing is to be held under section 43R (including as applied by section 43T) or 43S.
(2)
There is no limit to the number of extensions that the court may make under subsection (1).
