47 Procedure on prosecution for sedition
(1)
A crime defined by section 45 or 46 may be prosecuted either on indictment or, with the consent of the Director of Public
Prosecutions and the accused person, summarily.
(2)
A person cannot be found guilty of committing or of counselling or procuring the commission of a crime defined by section 45 or 46 upon the uncorroborated testimony of one witness.
