97 Punishment of perjury
(1)
Any person who commits perjury is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for 14 years.
(2)
If the offender commits the offence in order to procure the finding of guilt of another person for an offence punishable with imprisonment for life, he is liable to imprisonment for life.
