152 Person must deliver up forfeited property
A person who fails to:
(a)
deliver up forfeited property to the Territory on demand; or
(b)
permit the Territory to take possession of forfeited property;
commits an offence.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units or imprisonment for
5 years.
