89 Proceeds from sale of restrained property
If property that is subject to a restraining order is sold, the proceeds of the sale are available and may be forfeited under this
Act:
(a)
to satisfy a person's liability under Part 6; or
(b)
if the property is ordered to be forfeited under section 96 or 97 – as if the proceeds were the property that has been sold.
