36 Noting variation of lease
(1)
A variation of a reservation in or a term, condition or provision of a lease (including a variation referred to in section
56) does not have effect until notice in writing of the variation, in a form approved and signed by the Minister, is lodged with the
Registrar-General.
(2)
On receipt of a notice referred to in subsection (1), the
Registrar-General shall record the details in the land register.
