86 Validity of re-appraisements, &c.
The validity of a re-appraisement, determination or assessment referred to in section 83(1) is not affected by:
(a)
a failure to give notice of the re-appraisement, determination or assessment;
(b)
the lodging of an objection to the re-appraisement, determination or assessment;
(c)
a failure to give notice of a decision on an objection to the
re-appraisement, determination or assessment; or
(d)
a reference to the Tribunal of a decision on an objection to the re-appraisement, determination or assessment.
