Land in respect of which an estate in fee simple is granted by or under section 8 is, by virtue of that grant, land brought under the provisions of the Land Title Act, notwithstanding that the
Registrar-General did not, on the date of the grant, issue to the person to whom the estate in fee simple was granted, a certificate as to title in respect of the land.
