16 Right of Attorneys-General to appear in proceedings, &c.

(1)

The Attorney-General of a State may, on behalf of that State, represent the Crown in any proceedings (whether civil or criminal) in which the Crown in right of that State is a party.

(2)

The Attorney-General of the Commonwealth may, on behalf of the

Commonwealth, represent the Crown in any proceedings (whether civil or criminal) in which the Crown in right of the Commonwealth is a party.
