Shotfirer to observe conditions of certificate

Current

A shotfirer shall:

(a)

use blasting explosives only for the type of work specified in his shotfirer's certificate;

(b)

use only the method of firing a charge of blasting explosive as specified in his shotfirer's certificate;

(c)

observe the conditions specified in his shotfirer's certificate;

and

(d)

manufacture ammonium nitrate explosive mixture only if authorized by his shotfirer's certificate.
