143 Permit to handle explosives for special effects
(1)
A person may apply to the Competent Authority for a permit to handle explosives for the purpose of special effects as specified in his application.
(1A)
An application under subregulation (1) must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(2)
The Competent Authority on receipt of an application under subregulation (1) may grant the application subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, or may refuse to grant the application.
(3)
The holder of a permit to handle explosives for special effects may, in accordance with these Regulations and conditions, if any, specified in his permit, handle explosives.
