185 Liability of owner
The owner and occupier of premises or a caravan in or on which an
L.P. gas cylinder or tank is stored shall take all practicable measures to ensure that the area surrounding the L.P. gas cylinder or tank, to the distances specified in AS 1596 "The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gases", is kept free of combustible materials, flammable liquids, other classes of dangerous goods, naked flames and any other source of ignition.
