187 Gas supplier
(1)
The Competent Authority may approve, in writing, a person to be a gas supplier.
(2)
The approval of a gas supplier is valid only in respect of the gas supply or operation endorsed in the approval.
(3)
A person shall not supply fuel gas to a gas main or a gas container:
(a)
unless he is an approved gas supplier or an employee of an approved gas supplier; and
(b)
except in accordance with the endorsement referred to in subregulation (2).
