5D Possession of explosives
(1)
A person must not have any explosives (other than safety cartridges, distress signals or propellant for firearms) in his or her possession except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
(2)
A person who possesses shopgoods fireworks that are not intended for sale is exempt from subregulation (1) during an approved period.
