75 Quantity of ammonium nitrate explosive mixture manufactured
(1)
Where ammonium nitrate explosive mixture is manufactured on site, the quantity manufactured and the quantities of ammonium nitrate and any other ingredient for use in the manufacture shall be not greater than that required for immediate use.
(2)
Where by reason of unusual circumstances it is not possible to immediately use the quantity of ammonium nitrate explosive mixture referred to in subregulation (1), the mixture shall be stored in a magazine.
