27 Application of money
The money of the Corporation must be applied only for the exercise of its powers or performance of its functions.
An amount of rates mentioned in section 15, or interest mentioned in section 52, that is received by the Corporation may only be used for the provision of municipal services.
An amount of levy mentioned in section 16 that is received by the Corporation may only be used for the funding of promotional activities.
An amount of fees mentioned in section 17 that is received by the Corporation may only be used for the provision of the service relating to the fees.
