13 Application for order for adjustment
(1)
A de facto partner may apply to a court for an order under this
Division for the adjustment of interests with respect to the property of the de facto partners or either of them.
(2)
An application may be made under subsection (1) whether or not an application for any other remedy or relief has been made, or may be made, under this Act or any other Act or law.
