7 General power of transfer between courts
Where it appears to a court in which proceedings under this Part have been instituted that it is in the interests of justice that the proceedings be dealt with by another court having jurisdiction under this Part, the court may transfer the proceedings to that other court.
A court proposing to transfer any proceedings under subsection
may make such orders as it considers necessary pending the disposal of the proceedings by the court to which they are to be transferred.
The court to which any proceedings are transferred under subsection (1) must, subject to any rule of court, proceed as if the proceedings had been originally instituted in that court.
