36 Declaration of precinct
(1)
The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare an area, or 2 or more non-contiguous areas, in the Territory to be the
Desert Knowledge Australia Precinct.
(2)
The notice must include a description of the area or areas declared to be the precinct.
