56 Protection from liability
This section applies to a person who is or has been:
a member;
a member of a committee; or
a member of the staff.
The person is not civilly or criminally liable for an act done or omitted to be done by the person in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of a power, or the performance or purported performance of a function, under this Act.
In addition, the person is not civilly or criminally liable for an act done or omitted to be done by DKA, the Board or a committee in the exercise or purported exercise of a power, or the performance or purported performance of a function, under this Act.
Subsections (2) and (3) do not affect any liability the
Territory or DKA would, apart from those subsections, have for an act or omission.
